The basics
A Light + Love party runs 90 minutes: one hour of artmaking, then 30 minutes for cake and Happy Birthday. Parties are Sundays at 11:00am or 2:00pm, and available for ages 2-13.
$385 covers 8–10 children. Additional children are $20 each. Caregivers attend with each child guest, and siblings under 1 don't count toward your total. Grandfriends are also welcome to attend.
What's included
Private access to our River Arts District studio, prepped before you arrive and cleaned up after you leave. Two art projects of your choosing, with all materials. Sensory paint, play and play-dough stations, open the whole time. A birthday banner and a gift for the guest of honor. And your Party Manager, who sets up, runs every activity, keeps the event running smoothly and handles all of the cleanup.
What you bring
Cake, snacks, and drinks. That's it. We're a nut-free studio, so please plan accordingly. Eco-friendly servingware is available as an add-on, along with photography and custom themes.
What happens next
We'll confirm your date is open and hold it for you. A $200 deposit locks it in and comes off your total — we'll send you a payment request when you're ready. Final guest numbers are due 7 days before the party.

Invoices
Light + Love Arts will invoice the Client according to the agreed payment schedule. The Client agrees to pay all invoices by the specified due dates. Unpaid or overdue invoices may result in suspension or cancellation of the event.
Cancellation + Rescheduling
All deposits are non-refundable and will be forfeited if the event is cancelled. Deposits may be applied to a rescheduled event, subject to availability. In the event of a Studio Closure, Light + Love Arts will contact the Client to arrange a new date.
