Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made 48 or more hours before your trial start date are fully refundable. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable, but you may reschedule to a new start date within 30 days at no cost.
If you join Kinry Club within 14 days of completing your trial, the full cost of your trial is credited toward your first month of membership.
Trials are non-transferable and may be used once per family.
