Give your child a birthday they’ll never forget. Art Beat parties combine hands-on creativity, guided instruction, and joyful celebration — all in one colorful experience.

What’s Included – 90-Minute Party Experience
60 minutes of guided art instruction with a lead Art Beat artist
30 minutes for pizza, cake, and celebration
Private use of the Art Beat Studio
A finished artwork for each guest

Art Beat Signature Goodie Bag including:
Watercolor & mini canvas set
Multi-color artist pen
Interactive fidget toy
Poland Spring 8 fl. oz Bottled Water
Coordinated party-themed tableware and utensils
Drop-off format (maximum 4 adults from hosting family)
Candles and cake utensils provided (family supplies the cake)
Early arrival for birthday family (up to 30 minutes before start time)

Choice of themed art project (finalized in advance; all supplies included)

Goodie bags are provided by Art Beat CT, but do not include food or candy. Families may add their own items if they wish. 

Please Note: *Pizza and cake are currently NOT provided by Art Beat CT.

Hosting families are welcome to bring or order pizza, cake, and any additional food items if desired.

Optional Add-Ons
• Custom Theme Upgrade: +$99
• Additional Guest Add-On: +$49 per additional child or participating adult
Additional guest fee includes full art instruction, all project materials, food package, keepsake, and Art Beat Signature Goodie Bag.

Capacity & Safety Policy
For the safety and comfort of all guests, total party attendance
(children and adults combined) may not exceed the maximum occupancy
permitted by building and fire code regulations. Additional guests beyond the base package must be approved in advance. Art Beat CT reserves the right to adjust bookings to remain compliant with local safety requirements.

 

Deposit & Payment Policy

A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your party date and time.

Your date is not reserved until the deposit is received.

The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event date.

 

Cancellation Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Cancellations made 14 or more days prior to the event may

transfer the deposit to a new available date within 90 days.

• Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the event are not eligible for transfer.

 

Rescheduling Policy

One complimentary reschedule is permitted if requested at least 14 days in advance, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made within 14 days of the event may incur a $99 rescheduling fee.

 
No-Show Policy
Failure to appear for your scheduled party without prior notice will result in forfeiture of all payments.
